These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and phdeeam ("phdeeam", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phdeeam.net (the "Platform"). phdeeam reserves the right to request documentary verification of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance. Any individual who provides false or misleading eligibility information forfeits all rights to any balances or winnings held in their account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active phdeeam account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your login details to any third party and to notify phdeeam immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phdeeam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Your registered name must match the name on the payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Account sharing — permitting any third party to access or operate your account — is strictly prohibited.
• phdeeam reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

phdeeam accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, and Ethereum. Available deposit methods may vary and are subject to change at phdeeam's discretion. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to phdeeam's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. • phdeeam does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment account in the registered user's own name.

General bonus terms applicable to all phdeeam promotions unless otherwise stated:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdeeam Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account operation.

• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.

All content on the phdeeam Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of phdeeam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Content; use any data mining, scraping, or automated collection tools to extract data from the Platform; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform without phdeeam's express written consent.

Without limiting the foregoing, phdeeam does not accept liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond phdeeam's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected pursuant to Section 6 of these Terms.
• Any tax liability arising from your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to determine and satisfy any tax obligations applicable to your gambling activity under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
